Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Parent name and email, child first names and grade levels, homework questions and uploaded homework photos, lesson history, subscription and payment status, and basic device information used to enforce plan device limits.
2. Why we collect it
To generate lessons, show progress in the parent dashboard, manage your subscription, keep accounts secure, and provide support when you contact us.
3. Payment information
Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure hosted page. Study Buddy JA never receives or stores full card numbers or security codes — only the amount, plan and payment status.
4. Children's information
Child profiles are created by the parent and are only visible to that parent's account. We ask for as little as possible — a first name and grade — and never sell or advertise to children.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, database, AI lesson generation and payment processing), and where required by law.
6. Your choices
You can update or delete child profiles at any time from the dashboard, and request deletion of your account and data by messaging us on WhatsApp 876-833-6152.
